Cancellation and Amendment Announcements

Amendments or cancellations of bookings with Cocotinos Manado must be made in writing to avoid misinterpretation and misunderstanding. Any amendment of arrival and departure date is subjected to availability and acceptance by Cocotinos Manado.

Unless otherwise stated in the sales literature, the following cancellation charges will be applied to each invoice.

 

  Cocotinos' Special Dive and Non Dive Packages for FIT or Group
Notice made before departure in Cancellation Charges
More than 45 days No Charge
Between 30 to 45 days 30% of Total Invoiced Amount
Between 15 to 29 Days 50% of Total Invoiced Amount
Between 3 to 14 Days 75% of Total Invoiced Amount
Less than 48 hours or No Show 100% of Total Invoiced Amount

 

FIT or Group Not On Special Dive and Non-Dive Packages
Notice made before departure in Cancellation Charges
More than 45 days No Charge
Between 30 to 45 days 30% of Total Invoiced Amount
Between 2 to 29 Days 50% of Total Invoiced Amount
No Show 100% of Total Invoiced Amount

Before check-in, all changes to reservations/bookings are subject to availability and if any modification is requested, the new reservation/booking must the same or of greater value to the one already paid for.

Any bank charges or third-party administration fees that may arise from any cancellation or amendment shall be borne the guest.
